Before we begin the process of preparing the documents for your uncontested divorce you will need the following:

 

• Signed Separation Agreement*

• Court Orders regarding custody and access**  

• Government issued Marriage Certificate

• 3 recent paystubs and your most recent T4's (for divorce with children files)

• You must have been separated for at least one year

*If applicable. If you do not have any assets, joint or otherwise, then a separation agreement is not required.

**If there are no children, custody agreements are not required.
